AUSTIN, TEXAS October 19, 2023 — Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, awards a new master franchise in Curaçao, an island country in the Caribbean, amid continuing global growth year-over-year.
As of September 30, Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW), the international division of KW, has 19,062 agents, up 11.6% over Sept. 2022. KWW has over 325 market centers outside the U.S. and Canada across over 55 regions.
“In the face of significant economic headwinds, we’re thrilled to report a 3.3% increase in international sales volume and a 5.1% year-over-year growth in units, showcasing our strong global momentum,” said William E. Soteroff, president of KWW.
“We are excited to also welcome KW Curaçao to our worldwide family of regions and Ricarda Ceresa, a successful entrepreneur who will ensure our ninth master franchise in the Caribbean thrives,” said Soteroff.
Led by Regional Operating Principal Ricarda Ceresa, the Keller Williams franchise in Curaçao is currently initializing operations. In Q4 ‘23, KW Curaçao expects to open its first market center.

Ceresa is the CEO of Emma Rentals, a Curaçao-based car rental company. Along with previously serving as a physical therapist, Ceresa is the author of ‘Reset How Special Needs Restart Life,’ a book on the resilience of special needs individuals.

As of Sept. 30, KWW has 12 market centers and 1,465 agents across the Caribbean. The brand’s other eight regions include Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Bermuda, Turks & Caicos, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Sint Maarten and Bonaire.
