At the car-free resort Cocolora Apartments, approximately sixty (60) apartments with their own spacious garage will be realized on a site of approximately 12,200 m².
The apartments will be in 17 blocks with four apartments per block. Two apartments on the ground floor and two apartments on the 1st floor.
Each apartment is delivered with its own spacious garage. There is a swimming pool on site for shared use.
The apartments and the location of Cocolora offer you the opportunity to enjoy your own home, but are also particularly suitable for rental or as a second home!
The resort is closed all around and free of cars. With the included plantings and walking paths, this creates an open habitat where a safe feeling prevails. A central swimming pool, palapas and greenery give the whole a luxury and well-being where the holiday feeling will predominate.
The apartments are equipped with infrastructure for connecting TV, internet, telephone and solar panels. The complex has a deep well water pump with an approximately 75 m³ underground water reservoir for irrigating the plants and refilling the swimming pool.
All shared facilities such as plants (garden), deep well and irrigation system, the swimming pool, fencing, etc., the infrastructure for resort lighting and the same for TV, internet, etc. will be transferred to the Owners' Association (VVE). Individual buyers are obliged to be members of the VVE, whose members themselves elect the board of the association. These can be our own members or external persons/organizations. Due to the transfer of the facilities to the VVE, the maintenance obligation also lies with the VVE, for which there is a monthly payment obligation to cover the costs. The resort fee is ANG. 380 per month.
